[Bug-gnuzilla] IceCat 60 in development

Ruben is working on IceCat 60 based on Firefox ESR 60 that was released
two days ago: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/60.0esr/

I have no idea if the delay will be extra long since it's the first
Firefox Quantum-based (Firefox 57+) IceCat version.

PKGBUILD scripts, I would like to volunteer.
